Services:
- Bioinformatics Analysis – We provide bioinformatics and statistical support for manuscripts, grant applications, and research studies. Our expertise includes analyzing genetic, epigenetic, genomic, and proteomic data, with a focus on next-generation sequencing (NGS), single-cell sequencing, and multi-omics integration. We offer custom data analysis, visualization, and interpretation, along with free initial consultations that include a project estimate. All services include oversight by a senior bioinformatician and access to the necessary computational infrastructure.
- Data Science & AISolutions – Our team specializes in statistical analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI). We develop computational models, predictive analytics, and machine learning tools, supporting a wide range of biomedical research applications.
- Health/Medical Records Research –We assist investigators interested in Health/Medical Record studies with study design and IRB protocol submission. Once IRB approval is obtained, we provide support for querying, processing, and analyzing electronic health data. We also support the application of large language models (LLMs), such as GPT, on clinical text for research and recruitment.
