CCIB DNA Core

Core Summary

The CCIB DNA Core provides a range of DNA sequencing services, including Illumina short-read, Oxford Nanopore long-read, and Sanger sequencing. Most services include bioinformatics analysis. The Core also provides mouse genotyping services, custom automation services, as well as sequencing-adjacent services such as plasmid DNA preparation and PCR purification. The Core is committed to delivering high-quality support, expert consultation, and access to essential tools and technologies that advance institutional goals and initiatives.
