Not a Core. Canary is a free / open-source platform for development of natural language processing (NLP) tools. It is a GUI-based software that is oriented towards researchers, clinicians and analysts without computer science background to empower them to create their own NLP tools.
The Digital Research Computing Core (RCC) provides information services and technologies to enable and drive innovation in research across the academic medical centers of Mass General Brigham. RCC is composed of three service-oriented teams that directly support and collaborate with researchers. RCC provides applications, processes and resources that support the basic, biomedical and clinical research missions across Mass General Brigham.
We provide advocacy and guidance on behalf of research to the many enterprise projects and consults that involve MGB Information Security, ITS, Network Engineering, Contracts, Security and other corporate departments. We help define, test and deliver services provided by Digital that affects Research.
The Research Computing Core offers fee-for-service dedicated services including consultation around our service offering, custom systems programming and database development, website builds/refreshes and software licenses for Mass General Brigham.
Our objective is to provide software application development and hosting services. We would like to utilize our expertise and software modules already created to help others to organize, store, analyze and share scientific data.
The Smart and Autonomous Medical Systems (SaAMS) Core provides access to diverse medical devices, mechanical and electronic patient simulators, medical gas supplies, measurement instrumentation, data acquisition and storage, and access to the experts who know them best.
