Research Participant Gift Card Remuneration Core
The Core approves research protocol eligibility for the purchase of virtual gift cards for research participant remuneration.
To be eligible to use the MGB Research Participant Remuneration Core, your IRB Protocol must meet the following conditions (see Combined Remuneration and Reimbursement for Research Participants):
- Gift cards must be the approved remuneration method in the IRB protocol and study consent
- Study’s remuneration is <$250/per participant over the life of the project (regardless of increments paid and number of years over which payments are made.)
- Protocol linked to an active sponsored or research sundry fund
