Research Support Services
RSS was created to provide competitively priced research administrative support to PIs and Departments by leveraging Partners Research Management (RM) expertise and structure.
Our purpose includes four key components:
1.Help fill vacancies at Partners Hospital’s Research Departments that experience gaps in research support positions;
2.Mitigate the regulatory and budgetary risks associated with a gap in research support staff (i.e. lack of financial oversight, retroactive transactions, etc);
3.Minimize missed funding opportunities due to lack of knowledgeable resources for PIs during proposal preparation;
4.Provide additional growth and professional development opportunities for employees;
